Ramiro Gonzales is the founder and principal of City Impact Partners, an advisory and support services firm based in San Antonio, Texas. We help organizations do more without increasing overhead.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in local government, nonprofit, community economic development, and real estate, Ramiro has led and supported transformative projects across San Antonio. His work includes the development of more than 10,000 housing units in the downtown area, structuring over $80 million in public investment for urban redevelopment, and launching a $20 million commercial land trust to preserve affordability on the city’s historically disinvested Westside. He has also created multiple public and nonprofit programs aimed at increasing housing affordability and economic mobility.
Known to most as “Ram,” he serves on several boards focused on community reinvestment and affordable housing and is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics such as gentle urban renewal, impact investing, affordability, and equitable development.
Through City Impact Partners, Ramiro and his team provide support to organizations across sectors to help them design and execute impactful projects and initiatives.
