to Move the Needle
Ramiro Gonzales is the founder and principal of City Impact Partners.
For over 20 years, Ramiro has led and supported transformative projects across San Antonio. His work includes the development of more than 10,000 housing units in the downtown area, structuring over $80 million in public investment for urban redevelopment, and launching a $20 million commercial land trust to preserve affordability on the city’s historically disinvested Westside. He's worked with churches to reimagine their property for community benefit and he has also developed multiple public and nonprofit programs aimed at increasing housing affordability and economic mobility.
Known to most as “Ram,” he serves on several boards focused on community reinvestment and affordable housing and is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics such as faith-based property redevelopment, impact investing, affordable housing, and equitable neighborhood development.
He started City Impact Partners to help other communities and neighborhoods replicate the same strategies and models that have proven successful throughout his career.
